Day 1 Juice

“The Monday Morning”

Ingredients:
Apples – 3 medium
Celery – 4 stalk, large
Ginger – 0.25 thumb
Lemon (with rind) – 1/2 fruit
Orange (peeled) – 1 large
Spinach – 5 cup

Directions:
You don’t have to peel the lemon, but make sure you peel the orange.
The orange skin is very bitter and can ruin the flavor.

 

Day 2 Juice

Beet Root – 1 beet
Carrots – 4 large
Celery – 3 stalk, large
Cucumber – 1/2 cucumber
Ginger – 1/2 thumb

Ingredients:
Cayenne Pepper (spice) – 1 dash
Celery – 1 stalk, large|
Green olives – handful
Cilantro – 1 handful
Garlic – 1 clove
Onion (spring/scallion) – 1 medium
Pepper (sweet green) – 1 medium
Salt (himalayan) – 1 dash
Tomato – 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Directions:
Juice and savor this non-alcoholic Bloody Mary.

 

Day 5 Juice
