We know you don’t have an hour and a half to spare driving to the gym, working out, showering, and driving home. And guess what, you don’t need to slave away at the gym to get fit. All you need is high intensity over a short period and your unrelenting determination.

If you’re a beginner, don’t worry. Every exercise can be modified for less intensity. But no matter your level of fitness, bring the intensity!
